How can I book a service?
Can I do it on-line?
No. The form on our web site is just for reservations. Please note that in order to proceed with a booking we would kindly ask you to complete this booking form, click here to download, and return it to us by fax as soon as possible: - N° to use when dialing within Europe:

IMPORTANT : one booking form per service, must be completed and returned to us by fax. Please ensure that all fields of the attached booking form are completed as accurately as possible. We confirm that the credit card number provided will ONLY be used to guarantee the booking. Your credit card will NOT be charged. Payments can be made in US Dollars, Euro, traveller cheque or personal cheque ON THE DAY OF THE SERVICE. Gratuities are not mandatory in Italy , however we do feel that if the clients have been happy with their service, the driver should receive a tip as a token of appreciation. Upon receipt of your fax, we will forward you an email/fax to confirm your boooking.
What is your cancellation policy
NO DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED .
Written notice must be received by us via fax/email at least 7 days prior to the date of the reservation, in case of cancellation or any change to a booking. In case of NO SHOW or LATE CANCELLATION (less than 7 days prior to the date of the reservation) there will be a charge of the total quoted price of service/s booked. Benvenuto Exclusive Chauffer Services will not be held liable for missed flights. Our drivers have the right to refuse any passenger who has excess luggage which would result in the car being unsafe to drive (please make sure you book the appropriate type of vehicle, e.g. saloon, minibus, etc). How late can we book a service?
We will do our best on last minute requests. Remember: The SOONER we know your needs, the BETTER the results !

Cash is a much easier exchange for both us and our clients, therefore it's always preferred.
