WHAT DOES NCC MEAN?
NCC is an acronym which means “Noleggio Con Conducente”, Chauffeur-Driven Car Hire.
DO DRIVERS COME WITH US IN THE SITES?
Yes, service is provided by a driver plus a licensed tour guide, some of us anyway are two men in one, means drivers and tour guides who will take you inside all the attractions including the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel and the Colosseo with the Roman Forum etc..
HOW CAN I BOOK A SERVICE? CAN I DO IT ON-LINE?
You have to complete our “Reservation Form” On-Line or a written order by email.
Your credit card number and expiration date.
P.S. We hold your credit card number only to guarantee your reservation. Payments will be charged at the end of your service according to the rates quoted. We accept cash payment (Euro) or VISA/AMEX/MASTERCARD credit cards (10% of commission supplement).
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Please, note that there will be no charge if you cancel your reservation by e-mail within at least 2 weeks before date of requested service. If is not done in these terms, our company reserves the right to debit the “no show fee”on your credit card which is the 100% of the total amount of requested services.
ARE THE ROME AND ITALY TOURS ALL PRIVATE?
All our tours are private and just for the person (family, couple or individual) that booked the service.
DO WE GET CHARGED IF THE BOAT DOESN’T DOCK?
We take the credit card details purely for guarantee purposes, the credit card provided will not be charged at anytime. If the ship does not arrive into the port, this would not have been the client’s fault. However, the tour will be automatically re-scheduled once the boat is in the port, if you are still on board of course. A fee would be charged if the tour was cancelled for any other reason within the 14 day cancellation period.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
Yes, all payments are accepted including credit cards, cash or traveler’s cheques in euros, not US dollars)
