But if you don't have one and wish you had, then we've arranged a private cooking class for you with grandmotherly Mama Maria who invites you into her well equipped kitchen with all of the modern utensils and fresh ingredients you need to create whatever your tastes desire.

This is not a cooking show...
and this is not a cooking school where a large group of culinary students share a classroom setting and take notes as the teacher-chef demonstrates a particular dish. You are completely involved in this culinary process, a hands on participant, so you have to get ready to roll up your sleeves, don on your apron, and get cooking in a one-on-one setting where Mama Maria teaches you everything you need to know and you are free to ask all the questions you want. The only other people who are lucky enough to share in your experience are the friends or family you choose to accompany you or participate in the kitchen. You can choose the dish you'd like to prepare, or you can leave it up to Mama Maria to suggest something typical and unforgettably Italian. After you created your fantasy creation in the kitchen, you will celebrate your success with a glass of wine and enjoying your creation for lunch. Whether it's fettuccine with truffle sauce, or a lasagna like you never knew existed, one thing is for sure: you will have a feast!

Mama Maria is an exceptional local chef who has joyfully spent a great part of her life...
teaching many her delicious culinary secrets with those who are as passionate about cooking as she is. She's the perfect Italian grandmother who can cook anything!!! She lives in countryside of Cerveteri, formerly an ancient Etruscan town filled with legends, majestic landscape, and only 10 miles from Rome. Times of departure from your hotel and arrival from Cerveteri will be determined upon arriving to a mutually agreed itinerary.
